The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in business management, team development, field operations, and fabrication/construction trades.
Duties:
- Lead and supervise field staff to achieve project goals - Provide employee orientation, training, and ongoing support - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines - Manage inventory stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed - Drive sales initiatives and implement strategies to maximize revenue - Perform administrative tasks related to field operations - Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and address any issues - Comfortable working with hand tools and able to jump in to help team meet project deadlines and/or to provide hands on training for team
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in leadership and management - Background in field management or related field construction experience - Knowledge of sales processes and developing/maintaining customer relationships - Ability to oversee clerical tasks related to field operations This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career advancement, and a dynamic work environment.
